Discipline Policy

Students’ behavioural guidelines are laid down as per the school operating procedures duly framed by the school governing council. If any student is found to be deviating from the discipline code the following steps are taken to correct the behavioural issues thereafter. The following steps are taken to correct the student or taking disciplinary action at the later stage.

STEP : 1

  • The child is referred to the class teacher and he/she is given proper counseling regarding bad behavioural and softly advised not to repeat.
  • If the improper behavioural continues the student is referred to the school student counselor and he/she is given proper counseling regarding the bad behavior and advised not to repeat.

STEP : 2

  • If the same student continues, an oral warning will be given by the class teacher not to repeat the same.
  • If not, the student is referred to the school academic coordinator and he/she is given a strict warning not to repeat.
  • Even if he/she continues to break the discipline code the student is referred to a counselor once again to correct the behavioural.

STEP : 3

  • After enough counseling, if the student continues to break the discipline, he/she is given an oral warning first by the class teacher then by the academic coordinator.
  • Later stage the case is referred to the PRINCIPAL who issues a serious warning verbally.

STEP : 4

  • The letter is issued in writing addressed to the parent in writing and the copy of the same to be filed in the student’s personal file.
  • In case of no rectification in the behavioural parents of that particular student is called to the school campus and given a final warning.
  • If the problem does not rectify that particular student will be suspended from classes for15 days.

STEP : 5

  • Student whose behavioural is not getting corrected after all the above measures will be issued TC without any further consideration. Keeping in the interest of school policy guidelines.
